This page will help you enable JavaScript in you web browser.


We could not determine your web browser information.
However, we hope that the information on how to enable JavaScript in different web browsers on different platforms that we compiled below might help you to determine how to do so in your particular browser.

Windows


Internet Explorer 6.0x (PC)
  • From the Tools menu select Internet Options.
  • Select the Security tab, and then select the Custom Level button.
  • Scroll down until you see Scripting options. Make sure the Enable radio button under Active scripting is selected.
  • Click OK to save changes


Internet Explorer 5.0x (PC)
  • From the Tools menu select Internet Options.
  • Select the Security tab, and then select the Custom Level button.
  • Scroll down until you see Scripting options. Make sure the Enable radio button under Active scripting is selected.
  • Click OK to save changes.


Internet Explorer 4.x (PC)
Go to the View menu and open Options. Click the Security tab and then click the checkbox beside "Run ActiveX scripts" near the bottom of the tab. When the checkbox is selected, JavaScript will work.


Internet Explorer 3.x (PC)
Go to the View menu and open Options. Click the Security tab and then click the checkbox beside "Run ActiveX scripts" near the bottom of the tab. When the checkbox is selected, JavaScript will work.


Netscape 7.x (PC)
  • Go to Edit on top of browser
  • Choose Preferences on bottom of list
  • Open the Scripts & Plugins menu on left hand side of box.
  • On right hand side of box check Enable JavaScript for Navigator
  • Click OK


Netscape 6.x (PC)
  • Go to Edit on top of browser
  • Choose Preferences on bottom of list
  • Click on Advanced on left hand side of box
  • On right hand side of box check Enable JavaScript for Navigator
  • Click OK


Netscape Communicator / Navigator 4.0
Select Preferences... from the Edit menu. Click on the Advanced section and then click the checkbox beside Enable JavaScript. When the checkbox is selected, JavaScript will work.


Netscape Communicator / Navigator 3.0
Go to the Options menu and open Network Preferences. Click the Languages tab and then click the checkbox beside "Enable JavaScript." When the checkbox is selected, JavaScript will work.


Opera 7.x
  • Go to the Tools menu
  • Choose Quick Preferences
  • Make sure the checkbox 'Enable JavaScript' is checked


Opera 6.x
  • From the File menu select Quick Preferences.
  • Select Enable JavaScript


Opera 5.x
  • Go to File menu on top of the browser
  • Choose Preferences at the bottom of the list
  • Click on Plugins on the left hand side of the box
  • On the right hand side of box, check the " Enable JavaScript" checkbox
  • Click OK


Mozilla Firefox (PC)
  • Select Tools | Options... from the main menu.
  • Select Web Features from the left panel of options.
  • Select "Enable JavaScript."


Mozilla Browser
  • Go to Edit on the top of the browser
  • Choose Preferences at the bottom of the list
  • Open the Scripts & Plugins menu on the left hand side of the box
  • On right hand side of the box, check Enable JavaScript for Navigator
  • Click OK


Linux


Konqueror Browser on Linux
Settings ->Configure Konqueror ->Konqueror Browser-> JavaScript -> check Enable JavaScript Globally


Netscape 7.x (PC, Linux)
  • Go to Edit on top of browser
  • Choose Preferences on bottom of list
  • Open the Scripts & Plugins menu on left hand side of box.
  • On right hand side of box check Enable JavaScript for Navigator
  • Click OK


Netscape 6.x (PC, Linux)
  • Go to Edit on top of browser
  • Choose Preferences on bottom of list
  • Click on Advanced on left hand side of box
  • On right hand side of box check Enable JavaScript for Navigator
  • Click OK


Netscape Communicator / Navigator 4.0 (PC, Linux)
